Welcome to SAWANA POS. By accessing or using our Point of Sale (POS) application, website, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
SAWANA POS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our software for your internal business operations. The application is provided as a web-based service and a Trusted Web Activity (TWA) Android app.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (usernames, passwords, and PINs) and for all activities that occur under your account.
Our system is equipped with an Offline Mode that allows you to continue generating sales when the internet connection is lost.
Use of SAWANA POS may require an active subscription or payment of fees as agreed upon during registration.
While using our services, you agree NOT to:
SAWANA POS is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAWANA POS and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or hardware failure arising from your use of the system.
You retain full ownership of all the business data (inventory, sales, customer details) you input into the system. However, by using the system, you grant us permission to store, process, and back up this data to provide the service to you. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on data handling.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request a backup export of your data prior to termination, subject to any outstanding payments.
